I am quite new in the field actually. I used to work in retail, my husband and I decided it was time for a change and bought Double Shot, that was one and a half years ago.
What is your favorite item on the menu and why?
For me it’s a tie between Zombianco (frappuccino made with white roasted coffee beans) and Mint Chip Double Shot Float (2 scoops of ice cream with 2 shots of espreso), then of course our 100% crushed fruit smoothies. We have a variety of those and I think they might be the most popular on the menu.
What do you like to do outside your work?
Mostly activities with our kids, we have three (3, 7 and a 9 year old), they take up a lot of my time of course and I love it, it’s fun. Else than that I like gardening and tennis.
What are your future plans?
To continue to grow the business! We actually just started serving soup today and I’m planning to add fresh baked scones soon.
